Backend Engineer / Project Manager – Enterprise Systems

About the Role

Our client is a leading independent SI company specializing in mission-critical systems, management solutions, and enterprise software development. They are seeking experienced Backend Engineers and Project Managers to lead complex system development projects for major enterprise clients.

This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale, long-term projects spanning multiple years, utilizing cutting-edge technologies including AI, cloud platforms, and Salesforce. You will be responsible for leading development teams, managing project lifecycles from planning through release, and delivering high-quality solutions that drive client business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead system design, development planning, and architecture decisions for enterprise applications
• Manage project teams (5-10+ members) through full development lifecycle
• Oversee requirements definition, design, implementation, testing, and release phases
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and manage project delivery
• Apply CMMI Level 5 and PMBOK methodologies to ensure project quality
• Guide technical direction on projects involving Java, JavaScript, AWS, Oracle, and modern frameworks

• Consumer product recommendation systems (Java, JavaScript, React.js, Vue.js, AWS, Linux, Oracle)
• Logistics and distribution management platforms (Java, SpringBoot, Vue.js, AWS, IoT integration)

Requirements

Essential:

• 5+ years of system development experience
• Experience managing development projects from planning through release/maintenance
• Experience leading project teams of 5-10+ members

Preferred:

• PMP certification

勤務条件

給与 年収：650万円〜1,500万円

• 基本給：487,500円〜1,125,000円
