Career Advisor - Mobility Industry (Experienced)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Career Advisor to join our client's rapidly growing mobility startup that is transforming regional transportation through next-generation mobility solutions, including autonomous taxi services. This is a new business launch opportunity in the talent placement division, focusing on driver recruitment and career development.

Our client leverages cutting-edge technology and AI-powered matching systems to solve critical labor shortages in the transportation industry. You'll work alongside elite engineers to build internal tools and systems that maximize advisor productivity—an approach rarely seen in traditional recruitment agencies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct career consultations and needs assessment interviews with job seekers, primarily for driver positions
• Propose optimal job matches based on candidate needs and provide application support
• Provide interview preparation coaching and resume/application document assistance
• Follow up with candidates through the entire journey: offer, acceptance, onboarding, and beyond
• Contribute to building a new recruitment business from the ground up—no fixed playbook; all constructive initiatives are welcome

Required Qualifications

• Professional experience in talent services (recruitment agency, staffing, etc.)
• Alignment with the mission of "Making communities colorful through mobility"
• Enthusiasm for working in a high-uncertainty startup environment during the launch phase
• Openness to leveraging IT and technology in new ways of working

Nice to Have

• Management or team leadership experience
• Career advisor experience in essential worker recruitment
• Experience working in startups or small organizations with multi-tasking responsibilities
• Experience launching new businesses or working in high-growth phases

業務内容

• 応募後の面接対策・応募書類作成のフォロー
• 内定、内定承諾、入社までのフォローアップ
• 新規事業の立ち上げに必要なあらゆる施策の実行
