About the Role
We are seeking a Deployed Engineer to work on-site with strategic enterprise customers across the APAC region. This role combines deep technical engineering expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, serving as the technical bridge between our AI products and customer engineering teams.
You will be embedded with customers to drive successful adoption, integration, and optimization of our AI development tools. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and real-world enterprise software development.
Responsibilities
- Work on-site with enterprise customers in the APAC region to drive technical adoption and integration
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for deployed customers
- Collaborate with customer engineering teams to understand workflows, requirements, and technical challenges
- Configure and customize our AI tools to meet specific customer needs and use cases
- Provide technical training and enablement to customer teams
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, working closely with internal engineering teams
- Gather customer feedback and requirements to inform product development priorities
- Build strong technical relationships with customer stakeholders
- Contribute to internal documentation, playbooks, and best practices for customer deployments
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong programming skills in modern languages (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar)
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers or in customer-facing technical roles
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences
- Willingness to travel regularly within APAC region and work on-site with customers
- Self-starter who can work independently in customer environments
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with modern software development workflows, tools, and practices
- Business-level English proficiency

- Experience with AI/ML tools, large language models, or developer tooling
- Background in solutions engineering, technical account management, or similar hybrid roles
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
- Japanese language proficiency
- Understanding of enterprise software procurement and deployment processes

- 3年以上の実務ソフトウェアエンジニアリング経験
- モダンなプログラミング言語（Python、JavaScript/TypeScript等）の強力なスキル
