IT Consultant - Digital Transformation & System Integration

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements analysis and propose IT solutions aligned with client business objectives
• Design system architectures and integration strategies for enterprise clients
• Lead IT project management including vendor selection, timeline management, and stakeholder coordination
• Support digital transformation initiatives through process improvement and technology enablement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business consultants and technical specialists
• Prepare proposals, documentation, and presentations for client deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT consulting, system integration, or related fields
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems and architectures
• Experience in project management and client-facing roles
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Business-level Japanese communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or other enterprise software solutions
• PMP, ITIL, or other relevant certifications
• Experience in specific industries (manufacturing, financial services, retail)
• English communication skills
