About the Role
We are seeking a Partner Deployed Engineer to work closely with strategic customers and partners across the APAC region. This role combines deep technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, helping organizations successfully integrate and deploy AI-powered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with partner organizations to understand their technical requirements and deployment needs
- Design and implement custom integrations and solutions for enterprise customers
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for deploying AI systems at scale
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate with internal engineering teams
- Gather customer feedback and communicate product requirements to the core engineering team
- Build strong relationships with technical stakeholders at partner organizations
- Travel regularly within the APAC region to support on-site deployments and technical workshops
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack development skills
- Deep understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
- Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers in a technical capacity
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Willingness to travel extensively across APAC (30-50%)
- Authorization to work in an APAC country
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/ML systems and LLM-based applications
- Background in solutions engineering, technical account management, or similar customer-facing technical roles
- Familiarity with developer tools and workflows
- Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Additional Asian language proficiency beyond English
