Strategic Consultant – Business Transformation & Digital Strategy

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consulting projects for enterprise clients across various industries
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business model assessment
• Develop data-driven recommendations for business transformation and growth strategies
• Design and implement digital transformation roadmaps
• Facilitate executive workshops and present strategic recommendations to C-level stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Japanese and English
• Proficiency in data analysis and business modeling
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in digital transformation or technology consulting
• Industry expertise in financial services, manufacturing, or retail
• Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain)
• Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, etc.)
• Experience working with global teams
